How does Okonkwo's conversation with Nwakibie reflect the conversation that Unoka had with Okoye in chapter 1?

 Nwakibie is a wealthy clansmen   who takes a chance on Okonkwo by lending him 800 yam seeds which is twice what Okonkwo requested. Ironically Okoye had lent Okonkwo's father, Unoka, money but regreted it because he could not pay it back.
