I'm 19 and in AZ I'm confused by our knife laws.... I have a knife I would like to carry but in AZ laws it is illegal for anyone under 21 to conceal carry any knife that is not a pocket knife. Can I openly carry a fixed blade knife?

I have looked and read all the knife laws for AZ. Its not stated anywhere...
