Where exactly is the Custom House located? Is there is quotation for it?

I know where the Custom House would generally be located but I need the exact location meaning that is it on the east or west

A Custom House is a governmental building situated near a port or a wharf.That is where most of them were generally located.

In my native town of Salem, at the head of what, half a century ago, in the days of old King Derby, was a bustling wharf.
