What does Reverend Dimmesdale say about Hester's "woman's heart"?

Dimmesdale is in one of his many awkward situations regarding Hester. He longs to defend her but can't look too obvious lest he is found out. Hester's refusal to give up his name in public prompts him to say, “Wondrous strength and generosity of a woman’s heart! She will not speak!"
