Johnny's parents pay no attention to him, and when they do, they are physically abusive. They beat him. When Johnny's mother attempts to visit him at the hospital, he refuses to see her.

He was not treated well. He was ignored and abused and not loved. He would sleep out in the rain outside sometimes. Sometimes he would forget he actually had a family because he was never close with them and they never loved him and did stuff with him. His parents would also always fight.
