What does Gally have against Thomas? Why do you think he behaves this way?

Gally says that he recognizes Thomas, that he's seen him before. From this, we can infer that Gally and Thomas possibly worked together once. Obviously, Gally didn't like Thomas, or he's afraid of him. None-the-less, there's some kind of memory involved.
