Why doesnt Mark use a pop up tent?

As far as I can tell, he does use the pop up.

INT. POP UP TENT - DAY

Mark sits inside the makeshift pressurized tent. He tears open his last remaining ration pack: “Goodbye, Mars” He eats in silence.
