Tom and Daisy's marriage is one of convenience and she likes it that way. She likes the money, things, and her place in society. THey are both linked by superficial desires of greed and affluence. Daisy is unable to leave Tom for perceived love of Gatsby, she needs the assurance of perpetual material opulence.
