How does Nick feel about Gatsby and Daisy's relationship?

Nick finds that their relationship is largely built on illusion for Gatsby. Nick thinks that Gatsby wants to recreate the past to forge a new future. Daisy is more superficial than Nick remembers. He "love" of Gatsby is based around his wealth. Both use illusions of wealth, love, and the past for the basis of their relationship. Nick thinks it is destined to crumble.
