How did you feel as you watched the turtle proceed?

I felt that the turtle was a metaphor for both the Joads and the migrants ordeal to get to California.. Much like the migrants, the turtle is tough, relentless, and resolute.

The turtle reminds us of the migrants themselves, as it slowly moves forward. The turtle is tough, determined, and unswayed... Just like the migrants.
