Eating the crust of Humility all their lives- always on the verge of having a better life but never actually making it.

don't be supercilious- do not be too proud or ful of pride in yourself, don't think you are better than others.

who the hell ever got himself out of one without removing one nail- do not try to change your fate do not try to be something that you are not
