Book Question

In Chapter 23, we see Reef react to Jink's hospitalization, and the people who put them there. He doesn't have Leeza to talk to, and his anger boils over the top. Reef looks to exact revenge, and then thinking twice, he calls Colville. Colville comes when Reef calls... he has made the right choice, and has decided to make those choices based upon thinking things through, instead of merely reacting.
