Pavel is a force of good that is in line with our protagonist Bruno. Pavel prepares meals and waits on Bruno's family at Out-With. He is a former doctor and now a prisoner at Out-With. He is a kind man despite being captive and treated like an inferior. He does his best to help Bruno when he is hurt.
