Although,In Alchemist there is no story about personal legend of King Malchizedek.But,we can relate it by saying King Malchizedek was the first person who met Santiago to realize his personal legend.As personal legend is one's own potential.King's personal legend was to guide peoples to make their fate in omens (signs of nature).
