A woman playing piano

There is a scene where Schindler is posing for a photograph with some ladies applying to become his secretary. After that a scene comes up starting with a woman playing a piano at a restaurant and Schindler's voice at the background talking about things they need. What is the name of the piano song or rhythm the woman was playing? It's short but I really love it. Please help.
