Romeo and Juliet

What request(s) does the Friar make of Romeo in this interaction? How does Romeo respond? How does this help to support Romeo as a static character?

Act 3, Scene 3 Lines 55-74

The Friar requests that Romeo hide. Romeo responds irrationally like a love sick boy. This illuminates Romeo as a static character because he is just as immature and erratic as he was in the beginning of the story.
