What motivation does Mr.Darcy have for attempting to find Mr. Wickham and Lydia in Loudon?

Lydia has eloped with Wickham. Wickham is not a good guy and Mr. Darcy is concerned, especially because this distresses Elizabeth. The elopement also casts a large shadow over the bennet family hurting prospects for his own union with Elizabeth.
