What is the setting of The Raven include month and weather

The setting basically takes place the Library of the narrator's study. We know the poem takes place in the 1800's on a dark stormy night. I don't recall a specific month being given.

The month is December and it is midnight. It is storming and the narrator is in his bedroom.
