Characteristics of Lumah?

Luma Mufleh is the coach of the Fugees, she is originally from a wealth family from Amman, Jordan, but she moved to the United States for university and decided not to return to her home country after graduating. She did not have formal training or experience with refugees or children, but she was able to create a soccer program that gave young refugee boys and their families a new community. She shows compassion as well as tough love for the boys that play under her.
