In Act 5 Scene 2, How is the depiction of Iago as a devil further developed in Act 5?

I remember that Othello looks at Iago's feet expecting to see "cloven hooves" .

Here is the quote,

"I look down towards his feet, but that’s a fable.

If that thou be’st a devil, I cannot kill thee."
