Hi, there! George and Lennie wanted a small farm where they could grow their own food and 'live off the fat of the land.' Lennie would get to 'tend the rabbits' and they could be masters of their own space. They could welcome friends to stay or tell a guy to 'hit the road'. Of course George drives this dream and Lennie follows like an eager child. The dream somehow seems within reach when old Candy offers to pitch in money to be a part of it. Everything unravels when Lennie inadvertently kills Curley's wife.
