Where is the setting of this scene
Isabel stands alone onstage and gives a monologue directly to the audience. She talks about a place on the edge of town called Brakwater, which most people just call "the location" (p.20). She complains about how ugly it is, saying the mayor of the city said the same thing one day to her dad.
