A Midsummer Night's Dream

Focusing on Oberon and puck (mostly)...

Who causes the problems within the play and why?

Whose fault is it that the four Athenian lovers are controlled and manipulated?

What do Oberon and Titania fight over and what trouble does this cause?

Your first question really depends on how you see it. Certainly the forced marriage of Hermia to Demetrius is the inciting incident. I think Puck's love potion provides the most confusion as well as the most humour in the play.
