Macbeth isn't a love story. Act 1 demonstrates L. Macbeth's control over her emotionally vulnerable husband. Macbeth falls for the weird sister's suggestions. Macbeth is contemplating the sin of killing the king. Macbeth muses about death and how he might pay for the sin of killing the king.
