I already have 2 ways which is using his glasses for starting fires and coming up with good ideas to aid with their survival. Please help
Piggy was an organizer, nobody else was. The only reason they knew any of the littluns is because of piggy. He insisted that the littluns had the conch and got a chance to speak. Much of what was valued on the island was through physical and emotional prowess. Piggy wasn't help on this sense. Still he always reflected the intelligence of civilization regardless of how he was treated.
