Zeb, had a pup tent, military surplus, stenciled with SAN FRANCISCO LOCAL HOMELESS COORDINATING BOARD. This is ironic because Zeb has gone underground and is sort of homelesss. People against the state really do not have a home anymore. Also the tent is military yet says it is for charity.
