At the end of chapter 5 hammer has an altercation with Stuart walker. Fortunately, papa Logan is present and knowing his brothers quick and violent temper is able to prevent hammer from reaching Stuart and acting on anger . Describe the dangers faced by both Start and hammer in this situation. Which character would have more to loose if Papa Logan wasn't there to intervene?

Hammer could easily kill Stuart. Hammer is a powerful man and can cause great damage to Stuart. Stuart is white and hurting a white man could be fatal to Hammer and dangerous for the Logan family.
