Les miserables question

with my theatre group we're going to perform ''les miserables''. my teacher gave me the option of doing cosette when she was young or gavroche. i like cosette's song more but i like gavroche as a character more. my teacher prefeers me to do cosette but im not sure what i should do. im a girl, help?

I think this really depends on what charactrer you are more passionate about. I do not know you so you will have to consider this with people you know and trust.
