When June looks at the crime photos, she realizes that Day told her the truth about the wound on her brother's shoulder. June also note that the photos themselves are poor quality..... they're fuzzy and taken from an angle that makes it difficult to see Metias' wounds. Lastly, she notices that the knife used to kill Metias also had rifle grease on it..... the same type of rifle grease that Thomas had on his fact the night he came to tell her about the murder.
