Are any images particualrly memorable in this satire or is it totally out of control? is it amusing or repulsive?

I thought the whole Eunuch thing was amusing. Juvenal thought men enabled women to indulge in their vices. In the written Roma of the Satires he talks of men who will even impersonate eunuchs to get some action with naughty women! That seems rather counterproductive but there you go!
