What is paul Revere concerned about? What did he and Joseph Warren plan as a result?

Paul Revere wants set up a spy network so the Minute Men will not arrive late next time. Dr. Warren makes a speech about the great sacrifice that will be required of many of the Observers. They both plan to have better communication.
