How is life in Shangla different from life in Mingora?

Shangla is a very different place than Mingora. The people of Shangla live in poverty and have no acces to hospitals or marketplaces. Most of the women in Shangla were completely illiterate and were not allowed to go to school. Shangla also lacked electricity.
