Assuming our line numbers are the same, this is the First player's narrative of the ancient Greek Tragedy of Pyrrhus and Priam. This revolves around the killing of a brother and the anguish of Priam's wife Hecuba. This of course id indulged by Hamlet who likes the juxtaposition to his own mother's reaction.
