Why did the boy (Pip) say "Also Georgiana " and not just "Georgina " when asked by the convit?

Dear Sir/Ma'ma

The question which i have asked has troubles me a lot because ..... i told the aswer: HE THOUGHT IT AS NAME (ALSO GEORGIANA) AS HE HAD NEVER SEEN HIS PARENTS AS THEY WERE DEAD

But i am proved as wrong and it has great problem for the teaching career so plz do help me what is the answer to it

Pip had seen an inscription on his mother's grave. It stated "Georgiana, wife of the above."
