Willie loves Mr. Tom and blossoms under his care. He embraces his love for art, and for the first time can indulge his creativity. Unlike the demeaning and mean spirited comments from his mother, Mr. Tom takes the time to praise him. After moving to the country, Willie gains self-confidence.... he's comfortable.
