Frankenstein

Frankenstein

Imagine you are a judge and the monster is brought before you charged with the various crimes it has committed. It pleads its abandonment by Frankenstein and rejection by everyone else as extenuating circumstances for its crimes. Do you sentence it to death, life in prison, or a lesser sentence? Why?

I might give him some prison time and a lot of rehabilitation. You really have to feel for the creature. He was basically was abandoned and abused for his entire life.
