Troy usually makes a big deal about Lyons coming to him asking for money. When Lyons finally returns to pay him back, Troy refuses the money. What does this say to YOU about Troy's character? What can you gather from their relationship up unto this point?

Troy's refusal to take the money shows his love for his son, as well as his desire for Lyons to make it. He reacts when Lyons asks for money because he wants to teach him a lesson.... he wants him to understand that he needs to take responsibility for himself. He refuses to allow his son to pay him back because he wants him to succeed.... the fact he can pay him back is the main point.
