In fahrenheit 451, what are the qualifications of the technicians they sent to work on Mildred?

I can't find what they're qualifications are in the book. All it says is that it only takes 2 handymen to work those machines.

I don't think this information is really given to us. They are basically impersonal handymen who work a "suction snake" to pump people's stomachs. They seem to do this a lot, drug overdoses are a common occurrence. They seem to be sort of like a plumber or other "handymen" who get called for these routine jobs.
