What does Ender mean when he says he wants to keep practicing with the Launchies because “From you I can learn what nobody knows”?

For Ender, some of the other students do seem to be the enemy. Some commanders suggest that Launchies who practice with Ender will be blackballed, and those who do practice with him get bullied. Ender is a unique boy who learns from the people he is in charge of.

When dink tells ender the bugger's were coming back to get us they'd be here. They'd aren't invading again", how is this an example of foreshadowing.
