What is the importance of the letters, mentioned on pg. 204 (paragraph that starts with "Strange that it never struck me that the very next house.....") which Harker has got from "the consignees of the boxes at Whitby and the carriers in London who took charge of them"?

The letters tell us them where Dracula is hiding, "Strange that it never struck me that the very next house might be the Count's hiding place! "
