In Section 3 Marx suggests a list of ten demands which would change the labor landscape, especially for those who were poor. Probably the three most important would be these: Free education in public schools and the ending of child labor; moving all land into the hands of the government with no personal ownership; the creation of labor teams to perform specific jobs which had previously been handled by individuals or an individual who used his workers to help him make a personal profit.
