The new will.
The money lender found the new will amongst Nemo's posessions. Why would Nemo have had the will. The will would have been many years old at the time.

From the text, we can infer that Nemo wrote the will and simply kept it in his possession.

The will was decades old at the time so Nemo could not have coppied it, and even if he did, he would have only coppied the body of the will. The will had to be signed, witnessed, and attested to be used in court, as it was.
