In the Day 2 activity "Gossip Column" students may use technology to publish their writing in a "gossip column" format. In the activity "Vacation in Bad Soden," students will probably need to use online resources to research Bad Soden and to use technology to produce a form of an advertisement for tourists.
The Day 3 activities "Nineteenth Century Russia," and "Costume Design," will most likely both require the use of research from online sources, as will the Day 4 activity, "Food in Anna Karenina."
Students may need to use online research materials in the Day 5 activity, "Learning About Leo Tolstoy." They will watch two or more film clips in "Comparing Two Film Versions."
