An Inspector Calls

Roughly what month would the play be set in?

I want to show Birlings dramatic irony about the titanic statement he made and I know the titanic sank in april 1920 so I want to add how long after it would sink for effect. Thank youu

The play is set in the month of April, sometime during the week of April 15, 1912. The same week the Titanic set sail and subsequently sank.
