Kat-dies from a shrapnel wound in the head after a bullet has hit his shin in the last chapters.

Tjaden's - Tjaden dies basically of exhaustion and starvation.

Muller- He dies from a shot of a light pistol in the stomach.

Albert- His leg is amputated, he gets an infection and dies.

Detering has been caught for going AWAL and court-martialed. He is never seen again.

Kemmerich is the first to die in a field hospital.

Paul dies in the last chapter being shot in a field just before peace time.
