blanche and stanley satisfy virtually all of their desires. how might this be a problem? how does the outcome show the differences between men and women?

It's a problem because Stanley is married to Stella. The affair causes Stella confusion and sadness. Blanche is taken to a mental institution. Stanley continues playing poker like nothing happened while Stella is in emotional despair. Within the context of the story this might show that Stanley, on the surface, lacks empathy. I don't think we can generalize about genders.
