  1. Satire exposes and ridicules humanity's follies; its purpose is to bring to attention the faults of humanity with the purpose of creating change. Delivered with a good deal of intelligence and wit, good satire should fulfill four requirements: 1) it requires a target, 2) it should identify a problem, 3) it should offer or imply a solution, and 4) it must be delivered with irony. Discuss this essay as a piece of satire.
