What does it take to be successful in Oceania?

One can't be successful in Oceania unless they are in the inner party. People in the outer party are always in danger of being "unpersoned" regardless of how devout they are to Big Brother. Ironically, being acting to obsessed with BB might tell the party that you are taking on personal feelings. The party targets even orthodox people like Syme and Parsons.
