The two aims of the Party;
1) All research is aimed at discovering an individual's private thoughts.
2) To find a way to kill hundreds of millions of people instantaneously with no warning.

kill hundreds of innocent men, women, and children without a heads up like, "hey you dont mind if we assassinate hundreds of innocent people do ya?"
