    Structure:

    Charlotte Perkins Gilman's personal life has many parallels to "The Yellow Wallpaper." Now that the students have read almost all of the story carefully, go back to the discussion of her biography and highlight specifics from Gilman's life that are similar to "The Yellow Wallpaper."
